Where are you located? Do you work remotely?

We are based in Salt Lake City, Utah where the vast majority of our team lives, however, that doesn't limit our ability to work with you one-on-one. Depending on your need, we can meet remotely or in-person. We have a wealth of experience working with remote teams domestically and internationally. In fact, we can share best practices with you and your team for working remotely.  If you prefer working in-person, and require our team to travel out of state or country, please contact us. ​

What size of organization do you work with? 

Our product experience runs across all sizes and stages of an organizations growth. We have experience with early stage startups to large enterprises. We can work one-on-one with a product manager, product leader, founder / CEO. We can also work directly with teams, whatever your need is, we can create the right solution. 

What do your services cost? 

We typically work with three pricing models; pro-bono, hourly rate, or monthly retainer. 
Pro-bono work is typically offered to non-profit or higher education clients. We offer either hourly rates or a fixed set of hours per month when working with for-profit clients. We are happy to discuss your specific needs in order to find the value.  If you prefer working in-person, and require our team to travel out of state or country, please contact us. 

What if we need a service you don't offer?

Let's talk about it. The services listed in our services page provide a great overview, but don't cover everything. Our desire is to help you solve whatever problem you are working through. If we have the experience to help, we are ready to get started. If we don't, we would be more than happy to leverage our experienced network to connect you with someone who can. 

I want to know how to get into Product Management or become a better product manager aside from my current job. Can you help? 

Yes. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of ways to "learn" to be a product manger without someone taking a chance on you. We know. We've been there. It's a big reason for creating Product Labs. We would be happy to work with you one-on-one to provide the product management fundamentals and hands-on experience and network to get you started, or further your career.
